The Role Responsibilities Job Role This is a role within the Conduct, Financial Crime and Compliance (CFCC) Framework and Policies team. The role holder will be responsible for supporting the team\'s management of the Compliance Framework, Policy and Standard documents and ensuring that the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) and Framework and Policy Governance Standards (FPGS) are adhered to. The role holder will work in close alignment with a dedicated onshore manager that covers content driven topics and senior stakeholder management. The core purpose of the role will be to Maintain key administrative artefacts (e.g. trackers, registers) to ensure effective team coordination and delivery. Support coordination with key CFCC stakeholders during activities like Consultation, review, and approvals and publication of Compliance Framework, Policy and Standard documents Annual Policy and Standard effectiveness reviews Liaise with the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team on central administrative / logistical requirements. Maintain CFCC Framework and Policies knowledge bases, both for internal team and broader stakeholder consumption. Prepare CFCC Framework and Policies dashboards and reports, and any other ad-hoc reports as required. This includes engagement with stakeholders where input and review / challenge of progress updates against agreed timelines is required. Maintain the CFCC Framework and Policy team mailbox and its operation, including providing advice on BAU queries from CFCC or Business teams in Group, Regions and Countries. Responsible for providing support to continuously improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the Framework and Policy Management processes. For example -The ability to interpret the Group\'s financial information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures. All responsibilities under the Risk Management Framework - both execution and supervisory - should be referenced, for example, Act as the [Process] risk control owner under the Group\'s Risk Management Framework (including relevant Operational Risk Framework ownership for [Liquidity] risk. Governance Responsibilities relating to the direction, planning, structure, frameworks (e.g. processes and policies) and oversight. For example, Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the Group\'s arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
