Responsibilities:

• Gathering and monitoring financial and business operations data
• Defining and preparing key KPIs on an ongoing basis.
• Forecasting costs and revenues
  • Invoicing
  • Revenue recognition
  • Payments
  • Manage company\xe2\x80\x99s liabilities (e.g. insurance premium etc.)
• Corporate and Secretarial Compliances across multiple geographies (US, UK, Sweden, India)
  • Regulatory filings
  • Filing of corporate taxes, VAT, GST, etc
• Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting and assist in research and pricing strategies
• Contracts management
• License tracking and renewals
• Ensure completion of month-end and year-end close processes by co-ordinating with Finance team
• Maintain records and files including information of a confidential nature; maintain confidentiality of information and records.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven work experience in general business operations or similar role
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets, charts and using financial Excel functions)
• Understanding of workings of a technology product or SaaS company
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• Good with numbers and bookkeeping with an attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Time-management and organization abilities
• Work independently with little direction; be a self-starter and task-oriented.

Education:

• MBA degree from a reputed Institute in General management or relevant field
