- Generate leads, set appointments and present business proposals to potential customers through various communication channels, including: face to face meetings, telephone calls, emails, etc.
- Promote and grow their Air and Sea freight services (both imports and exports).
- Effectively interacts with other departments including, the account management, operation & logistics teams, and finance department.
- Participating in strategic planning and leveraging data insights to ensure strong business results.
- Study the market inclusive, but not limit of competitors, carriers, manufacturers to be updated market trends, fluctuation, change.
- To oversees and maintains quality touchpoints with customers and both internal and external networks to support sales growth and generate revenue.
- Timely submission of sales report to direct manager or higher levels when required.
