• Assist in the development and implementation of effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Provide training and development to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on sales activities and achievements.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve sales processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?620,000.00 per year
