The purpose of the role of Brand PR is to be responsible in shaping and promoting the brand\'s image and reputation. The responsibilities will include developing and implementing PR strategies, managing crisis communications, creating compelling content, planning events, and building relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders.The purpose of the role of Digital Marketing is leading and executing the digital marketing strategy for the company. It will involve developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.Main Accountabilities :Brand PR:

  • Strategic Communication: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand communication strategy that aligns with the brand\'s goals and values.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all communication channels and materials.
  • Content Development: Supervise the creation of press releases, articles, speeches, and other communication materials.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the company\'s social media presence, ensuring it reflects the brand\'s image and engages with the target audience.
  • Measurement and Analytics: Implement systems to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and provide regular reports to the executive team.
Digital Marketing:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audience segments, trends, and opportunities.
o Create engaging and compelling content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.
  • Optimize website and landing page performance to improve conversion rates and user experience.
o Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, product, and sales, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
o Utilize marketing automation tools and platforms to streamline processes, automate campaigns, and track results. - Monitor and manage online reputation and customer reviews across various platforms.
o Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources for digital marketing initiatives. -Impact/Dimensions :
  • Developing and implementing PR strategies: Responsible for developing and implementing PR strategies that align with the business goals and objectives. This involves identifying target audiences, crafting key messages, and selecting the most effective communication channels.
  • Building and maintaining media relationships: Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and thought leaders. This involves identifying the right contacts, pitching stories, and securing media opportunities.
  • Managing crisis communications: Responsible for managing crisis communications and issues management. This involves developing crisis communication plans, monitoring and responding to issues, and providing guidance to the executive leadership team.
  • Creating compelling content: Responsible for creating compelling content and messaging for internal and external audiences. This involves writing press releases, talking points, speeches, pitches, and other communications materials.
  • Planning and executing events: Responsible for planning and executing events that support the brand\'s initiatives and programs. This involves identifying event opportunities, developing event plans, and managing event logistics.
  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising

Education/Experience :
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or agency roles is preferred. Experience in crisis management, event planning, and media relations is a plus.
