The individual should have good knowledge around functional testing and business analysis.Location: Chennai/BangaloreRole SummaryThe role demands a good level of understanding of Capital Regulations pertaining to Basel 3.1 and drafting of Test Strategy and Test Cases to execute them through a team of functional testers.Responsibilities:\xe2\x97\x8f Perform holistic functional testing, including regression testing on the overall operating model of Capital Infrastructure and defining test strategies.\xe2\x97\x8f Consolidate test cases across the capital calculations, including any adjustments, reconciliation, exception management, reporting, etc. relevant to the project.\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with other internal Impact Assessment and Risk Management Teams to understand the expected results and align the strategy and testing to the impacts assessed on account of Basel 3.1.\xe2\x97\x8f Create test data and models to test the Basel 3.1 functionalities. This could include some amount of automated testing as well.\xe2\x97\x8f Automate testing to improve the productivity and reduce time window for regression. Bring best practices and implement process improvements.\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare and own the detailed test plans to ensure the integrity of overall project schedule.\xe2\x97\x8f Review test cases ensuring completeness of UAT coverage & Change Management.Requirements:\xe2\x97\x8f Good understanding of Capital Regulations pertaining to Basel 3.1.\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Engineering, Computer Science or any related field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s in the relevant field will be an advantage.\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to write multi-application test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases with expected outcome.\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in executing and supporting all test phases, knowledge of SQL, defect tracking and issue closures.\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with waterfall & agile methodologies.\xe2\x97\x8f Strong experience in a business facing test-lead and/or project management role. Experience in automated regression testing.\xe2\x97\x8f Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with prior experience in running war-rooms or test-focused working groups.\xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with SDLC and strong insights on various testing phases, methodology and tools..Mandatory skill sets-Basel
