We focus on understanding the forces shaping their business and developing industry tailored solutions that support our clients through the entire lifecycle of the Workday implementation.Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Finance with expertise in Workday financial management to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting using Workdays suite of tools. This role requires strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of financial operations and systems integration.Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.\xc2\xb7 Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Workday financial modules.\xc2\xb7 Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and drive efficiencies.\xc2\xb7 Develop and monitor financial metrics and KPIs to support strategic decision-making.\xc2\xb7 Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes within Workday.\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.\xc2\xb7 Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.\xc2\xb7 Lead and support finance-related projects, including system upgrades and process improvements.\xc2\xb7 Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.\xc2\xb7 Proven experience (11+ years) in a senior finance role with a focus on Workday financial management.\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of financial operations, reporting, and analysis.\xc2\xb7 Expertise in implementing and optimizing Workday financial modules (Financial Management, Financial Accounting, Procurement, etc.).\xc2\xb7 Experience leading finance teams and managing complex projects.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.\xc2\xb7 Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.\xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a commitment to accuracy.\xc2\xb7 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.Benefits:\xc2\xb7 Competitive salary and benefits package\xc2\xb7 Opportunities for career growth and development\xc2\xb7 Dynamic and collaborative work environmentMandatory Skill Set-Workday
