• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Consultant to join our team and spearhead a transformative project for Big4 Australian Bank.
• Candidate responsible for leading and executing initiatives related to commercial banking data transformation, Generation AI (Gen AI), analytical capabilities, banking automation, and operational projects.

Key engagement responsibilities would be:SME in commercial bankingStrategy Development:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop strategic roadmaps for leveraging banking data, Gen AI, and analytical capabilities.
• Define and prioritize initiatives to enhance banking automation and operational efficiency.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide subject matter expertise in commercial banking data management, including data acquisition, cleansing, integration, and governance.
• Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques and machine learning algorithms to extract insights and drive decision-making.

Project Leadership:

• Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of banking automation solutions and operational enhancements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery within scope and quality standards.
• Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Serve as the SME in commercial banking in internal as well as client discussions.

Client Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and Client, serving as a trusted advisor on commercial banking data and other initiatives.
• Proactively identify opportunities for additional value-added services and drive business development efforts to expand our footprint within the client organization.

Job Requirements:Qualification/Skillset Required:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in BFSI, with a focus on banking and financial services.
• Effectively manage a team of 7 to 8 members
• Deep understanding of banking data architecture, including data modeling, warehousing, and visualization tools.
• Strong expertise in advanced analytics techniques, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior executives and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders.
• Australian banking industry experience preferred.
• Open to relocate.
