Company URL: Roles and Responsibilities: Reviewing commercial agreements like vendor agreements, HR, logistics service agreements, commercial contract, non-disclosure agreements, MSA, LoI, leave and license agreements, consultancy agreements, AMCs, payment gateway agreement, technology agreements, etc. To manage litigation prevention and resolution function. Responsible for litigation management for the organization including presentation before Forums/Quasi-Judicial Authorities. Drafting legal notices and reply, complaints, suits, plaints, written statements, etc. and other correspondences, supporting business and finance teams on the documentation process required for various authorities including police officials/enforcement agencies. Have expert knowledge and on ground exposure on litigation proceedings and process including appearances before Court/ Tribunal proceedings and Investigation authorities. Strong exposure to litigation and court procedures. Empanelment of the right set of law firms/Senior Counsels with PAN India presence for litigation, notice and complaint handling. Assisting the legal and business team with latest development in laws and assisting with advisories from time to time. Assisting in preparation of policies, processes, and standard operating procedures including assisting in strategic arrangements. Insights on supporting strategies related to litigation cases (Civil, Criminal, Arbitration, Intellectual Property, Labour, Consumer Forum, Negotiable Instrument, Private Complaints, Motor Vehicles, Data Privacy matters). Conducting research on relevant laws, regulations & legal articles. Must have knowledge on IPR, Property, Corporate and contemporary laws. Advising and supporting business models. Skills Required: A Law degree from reputed law school completing B.A./BL/BBA/BSC LL.B (Law Graduate)/LL.M. (Masters in Law) having below mentioned experience and post qualification experience in a law firm/MNC with exposure in In House Corporate Legal. 8 to 9 years of experience in Contract Management, Litigation and Legal and Business Correspondences. Good understanding of laws, various types of contracts & key clauses. Basic knowledge of litigation management and contract management. Experience in general corporate, litigation and end-to-end contract negotiation. Resource must be punctual, transparent, responsible and able to take end-to-end accountability for any legal matters. Experience in research on relevant laws, regulations & legal articles including compliances. Strong communication and drafting skills in English. Exposure to tools for legal research, contract management, etc. Ability to independently coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as may be necessary.
