Job Title Senior Manager | Assistant Vice President | Transaction Management (Corporate Real Estate) SummaryAbout the Role:

• This position requires to effectively deliver Transactions and Strategy for Real Estate portfolio in India. The resource will work closely along with the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) leaders in India as well as APAC. As a fully dedicated resource, this position will aim to manage not just the life cycle of the transactions and Portfolio Strategies, but also risk-manage the complete RE portfolio.
• Managing stakeholders relationships, both client as well as in C&W.
• Effectively deliver a large volume and variety of real estate transaction projects across India
• Highlight benchmarking data/analysis that could impact the risk profile of the client.
• Coordinate field broker selection and other required resources, subject matter experts, business partners, etc. If necessary, facilitate client review and approval of proposed team resources for the completion of transactions.
• Analyze and interpret financial analysis templates including book and cash flow projections, NPV (net present value), and/or IRR (internal rate of return) financial analyses. Facilitates the development of a robust client report package. Prepares and delivers effective presentations to relevant parties.
• Concurrently acts as landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent and effectively facilitates the negotiation of business terms and conditions for a wide variety of commercial real estate products.
• Overseeing a large variety of analyses and all relevant documents, including but not limited to project initiation, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), proposal comparison packages, letters of intent, and broker's opinions of value for quality and innovation.
• Adheres to all state real estate agency requirements. Ensures compliance with corporate policies as they relate to identifying and mitigating potential conflicts of interest.
• Resolve landlord-tenant issues/disputes (if required)

About You:

• Preferably 5-8 years of experience in Transaction Management in Corporate Real Estate
• MBA preferred or any similar combination of education and experience.
• Deep understanding of real estate office transactions with a minimum of 5 years in transaction management or similar transactional roles.
• Real estate transaction & execution exposure is highly preferred, it is the ability to establish deep client connect and deliver regular out-of-the box solutions and quality service that is an essential skill criterion for this role.
• An eye for detail, and emotional intelligence to personality-manage clients in different cultures and geographies, will be a differentiator for this role. Ability to appropriately articulate messaging with multiple stakeholders, will be an added advantage.
