Peptide production planning, execution and ensuring that facilities are in order to run the production smoothly.
Monitoring & reduction in process TRT, Cleaning TRT, number of preps per batch on Prep HPLC, improve yields.
Candidate must have experience in Peptide Process Development.
Candidate must have a smooth experience in Isolation of Peptide & purification technique of Peptide
Familiar with peptide impurity synthesis
Candidate should able to train the team to perform the experiment.
Good Experience about Synthesis, Purification, Crystallization, Column Chromatography
Candidate should take new initiatives, Simplification, Technology Transfer activities along with GP&T activities support.
Monitoring of process parameters, documentation, day to day working of subordinates.
Ensure cGMP is followed in the area, and Online Documentation is maintained.
