FunctionFinancePay BandM3 to M5RoleThe IR role within the Finance function is responsible for developing and supporting a world-class IR programme, recognised by analysts and investors alike as a leading proponent of IR in Asia across various sectors.

Regular external reporting activities:
Prepare for and deliver Company's key messages and ensure preparation of information required by the financial markets are provided clearly and concisely on a timely basis, including for all regulatory announcements and disclosures and press releases
Work together with Corproate Communications team and internal management to ensure that press releases of a market-sensitive nature are produced on a timely basis and to the requisite \'world-class\' standard
Help design, copywrite and maintain the investor relations section of the corporate website; and develop other collateral and presentations, including the annual report and investor packs to support analyst/ investor outreachInvestor targeting/ Analyst outreach:
Competitor and peer-group analyses; shareholder and bondholder identification
Work on the identified investor targeting programme and events to provide regular contact with the shareholders and key underweight and non-holders
Liaison with Sell-side and Buy-side, independently and as a part of the IR team
Prepare capital markets communications literature and presentations, slide show packs and roadshow materials
Attend key investor/ analyst/ journalist meetings, where appropriate with the Head of IR&CRO, CEO and/ or CFO and other Leadership members.
Help manage periodic investor days and coordinate ad hoc analyst and investor tours, ensuring supporting materials are prepared as necessary for the Head IR&CRO
Maintain regular contact with buy- and sell-side analysts, including responding to ad hoc queriesOngoing management of IR activities:
Deliver on the annual investor relations plan and budget
Monitor analysts\' forecasts on an ongoing basis, comparison with the Company's own forecasts, and work to guide expectations as appropriate
Monitor share price and valuation of the company
Monitor and review analyst reports on the Company and its peers and highlight any key issues for discussion with Executive Management
Contribute to the production of the Annual Report in conjunction with other relevant business verticals
Help organize conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings
Help organize Capital Markets Days
Assist in the preparation of investor relations Board reports to ensure Executive Management are up to date with the IR function and the financial markets\' views and concernsAcademic Qualification & ExperienceBachelors/Master's degree with specialisation in Finance preferred. Others acceptable CPA/ CA/ CFA / MBA Finance qualificationMinimum of 5-10 years of experience in Finance, IR, Sell sideTechnical Skills/KnowledgeAn in-depth understanding of the financial and investment markets
Knowledge of and experience in Capital Markets/ Corporate IR/ Financial Media management
Excellent communication skills at all levels and within different mediums
Ability to develop relationships both inside and outside the CompanyBehavioural SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Collaborative and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
