Join us to make your contribution.AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Senior Manager, AGCO Business Services Country Process.The ABS Country Process Lead is responsible for the successful design, implementation and management of business services within a given country. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third parties to ensure the successful delivery of ABS projects and services.Your Impact

  • Strategy Execution - Responsible for developing and executing strategy in the respective country, aligned with global objectives and local market needs
  • Process and Tool Implementation - Establish and oversee the processes and tools necessary to implement service across shared service centers in collaboration with Strategy & Governance Lead, Execution Enablement & Transition Lead, Ensure that all processes are locally efficient, standardized, and globally compliant, Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
  • Key Partner for Business Functions - Serve as key partner in determining overall strategy, in collaboration with Strategy & Governance Lead, and in alignment with the CFO, CHRO and CIO agendas, Collaborate with functions to ensure that tailored ABS solutions are in alignment with function guidance and needs, Prepare and present regular reports on ABS performance, project status, and strategic initiatives to senior management
  • Collaboration and Communication - Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, including local business units, global function heads, and external partners, Policy Alignment: Ensure that all policies and procedures are in alignment with function guidance; work closely with the functions to adapt global policies to the local context while maintaining compliance with global standards
  • Operational Management - Team Leadership: lead and manage country ABS team; provide direction, support and mentorship to attract, retain and develop high-quality talent, Oversight of Daily Operations: oversee the daily operations of the shared service center, ensuring that all activities are performed efficiently and effectively; this includes managing resources, monitoring performance, and addressing any operational issues that arise, Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and report on shared service center performance, in alignment with Strategy & Governance Lead; ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and that continuous improvement initiatives are implemented to enhance service delivery.

  • Strategic Thinking: ability to think strategically and translate global strategies and objectives into local actions
  • Communication and Collaboration: excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with various stakeholders and ensure effective solution implementation
Your Experience and Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Business, Strategic Management (or related field), an MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ relevant years of experience
  • Experience in management consulting is preferred.
  • Significant experience in a Process role within a global organization.
  • Strong understanding of governance structures and processes within the Global Business Services Environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
