Scrutinizing requirements, Vendor Analysis, Finalizing, Focusing on quality of Service, Vendor performance tracking as a reference for future events. Organizing Plant events/ function at designated place.
Organizing Major Events i.e. Tech Days, 1st April All Hands Meet, Quality Day - JRD TATA Birth Anniversary, Founders Day, Cleanliness Day, Meetings ,Dry fruit packets distribution to all Government Departments on the occasion of Diwali to Govt Officials.
Analyzing requirements and searching Vendors, basis the requirements analysis. Optimize Guest Houses/ hotel usage, ensure adherence to Safety and Hygiene standards, Monitor cost of operations of Guest Houses and bill verification.
Interacting & resolving with the respective Hotel / Guest Houses for any complaints. Ensuring corrective measures are taken to avoid future complaints.
Updated all concerned for VIP Visits daily, all necessary approvals and correspondence for Company Visits taken in time and avoided any delay or denial. Logistic arrangement, tour management, catering arrangements, organize gifts / takeaways. Training Hostel Conference & Other Halls occupations booking for VIP Events & providing all services.
Program finalizing, booking and providing all support services to program participants.
Vehicle coordination to include management of Pool vehicles and drivers, Transport arrangements for employees for various official tasks and guests coming to Plant.

End to end process owner of following tasks to include Budget projection, timely allocation of budget from Finance Department, preparation of PRs and POs and scrutiny/ verification of bills for payment to vendor and monitoring of actual services pertaining to :-
a. Hotels
b. Hired drivers.
c. Hired cabs.
d. Housekeeping.
e. Repair of Housekeeping machines.
f. Pest Control.
g. Yard management.
h. Repair of Yard management trolleys.
i. Courier Service.
j. Furniture repair
k. Tents and decoration items for various Plant functions.
l. Photography of various Plant functions.
m. International Ticketing
n. Arrangement and depositing of Forex for international travel.
Help out new joiness/ transferred employees in settling down and making necessary arrangements for stay and transport during initial 14 days.
Support Plant employees in reservation/ travel plans while going out on official tasks to other location.
