This is a senior leadership role for a target-oriented, execution-focused professional who can ideate, implement, and scale various revenue streams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the rural market, proven experience in sales leadership, and a strategic mindset to drive the monetization of our platform.Strategic Sales Leadership:Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Identify and create new revenue streams by leveraging Ninja Kisan\'s platform capabilities.Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Market Expansion:Identify and engage with potential advertisers and agri-business partners to expand our client base.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and customer needs.Revenue Growth:Drive the monetization of our advertising platform and marketing services.Develop customized sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of Ninja Kisan to potential clients.Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop offerings that meet market demands and enhance customer satisfaction.Operational Excellence:Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.Implement best practices in sales processes, tools, and methodologies.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and outcomes.Partnership Development:Forge strategic partnerships with agri-businesses, rural development organizations, and other stakeholders.Explore and develop opportunities for collaboration and cross-promotions that benefit both Ninja Kisan and its partners.A Ninja is resilient, smart, and ambitious.   • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and managing large-scale sales operations.
  • Strong understanding of the rural market and agricultural sector in India.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • High level of self-motivation, initiative, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
