And deliver real time accounting, accurate monthly closing of financial, MIS, compliance, and timely completion of all audits. Ensure appropriate internal controls exist & are maintained for processes. This incumbent may be required to provide input to or participate in various projects.Experience: 10+ years.Department: Finance & Accounts.Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent.Education: CA / CWA / or equivalentJob Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Review and maintain real time accounting transaction to ensure accurate reporting of monthly financial statements.\xc2\xb7 Detailed budgeting and variance analysis covering each P&L line item.\xc2\xb7 Bring value to business by delivering mid-month forecasts on operating income, flux analysis with control mechanism on cost overheads and timely MIS.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate the submission and closure of Annual Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Cost Audit, Transfer Pricing, and Internal Audit.\xc2\xb7 Prepare and perform periodic internal audit for compliance with SPI based.\xc2\xb7 Follow growth mindset and co-ordinate with cross functional team for continuous improvement.\xc2\xb7 Additional Managerial duties as necessary.Experience and Requirements\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of US GAAP Accounting is required.\xc2\xb7 Proficient in ERP and IT skills\xc2\xb7 10+ years of managerial accounting & taxation experience with Company with turnover over INR 100 Cr\xc2\xb7 Data Analytical and presentation skills\xc2\xb7 Good verbal and written communication skills\xc2\xb7 A team player\xc2\xb7 Sense of urgency and adhere to deadlines.\xc2\xb7 Attention to details and accuracy.Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
