:ResponsibilitiesSenior Manager xe2x80x93 Accounting will be part of Global Financial Resources Financial Planning & Analysis team.This role will be a strategic partner in the financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes for Service Center Business Units (SCBUs). This role is responsible for leading the consolidation of expense data, providing advanced variance analyses, driving forecasting and budgeting activities, and delivering actionable insights to SCBU leaders and executive management, including the CFO working group. The role will also partner closely with SCBU FP&A leads and contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives.This role, will support the financial analysis and capital management for a diverse group of businessesEssential Deliverables

  • Effectively communicate & explain financial results and analysis to senior Finance and Business Leaderships
  • FP&A, Management Reporting, Forecasting, Project/Ad-hoc work. Modeling of financial results and ability to link initiatives to the results.
  • Ability to apply US GAAP and Statutory concepts to new initiatives and document applicability. Research complex transactions
  • Conduct cause-and-effect analysis to identify key drivers of results and uncover root causes of variances.
  • Provide analytical support ensuring effective management and allocation of capital. Evaluate actuals and forecast and the key drivers of variances, review capital allocation by product, and assess levers and sensitivities to free capital flow conversion.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams across the department and the Enterprise to deliver on our strategic and financial initiatives.
  • Support the delivery of timely financial results and forecasts, perform in depth analysis offering insights of drivers to key performance metrics.

QualificationsQualifications-Certifications-Relevant Work ExperiencePreferred educational background:
  • Masterxe2x80x99s degree / Professional Degree / Relevant Industry Certification
  • Preferably Chartered Accountant (Final/Intermediate level)
  • Proven track record of working in complex Finance & Accounting function for medium/large scale operations
  • knowledge & experience of transitions and transformation (process, digital, etc) for Finance & Accounting domain
  • Advance Excel, MS Office, Financial & reporting applications skills and experience
  • Must have a good knowledge and experience of working in Operational Excellence environment as Project Lead, certification in any of the improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, etc. is mandatory
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
Total years of industry experience: Minimum 13 yearsxe2x80x99 experience (preferably in BFSI Industry, either in GCC / service provider environment )
