• Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering excellent service standards and advice to clients for their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to solve client issues.
• Performing root cause analysis of issues and non-compliance of service levels and work with various stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
• Developing account plans to enhance service delivery.
• Gathering and evaluating user feedback.
• Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.
• Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
• Troubleshooting and debugging to optimise performance.

Ideal Profile

• Proficient in OOP and its application
• Good understanding of Design Patterns used in Magento Open Source/Adobe Commerce
• Knowledge of extensibility and backward compatibility
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Bamboo
• Proficiency in PHP language
• Knowledge of Javascript, XML / SOAP / REST APIs
• Knowledge of performance tools and best practices
• Good communication skills
• M2 experience is mandatory.
• Comprehensive knowledge of PHP frameworks, OOP/OOD, DDD, backend architecture, system design, and Scrum/Kanban
• Strong programming skills including experience in PHP or other object-oriented programming (GoLang, Python), clean code, SOLID principles
• Relational Databases (MySQL)
• Experience with various testing frameworks

Version Control System (GIT, SVN, or similar)Experience with Agile development methodologies

• Working experience with AWS, ElasticSearch, MySQL, Oracle, PHP, Symfony, RabbitMQ, Linux
