Job Description

• Drafting and negotiating contracts for production, branded videos, Influencer contracts, Film acquiring agreements, Copyright Assignment agreements, contracts for Bytes.
• Ensure the content is in compliance with ASCI guidelines 2021.
• Drafting NDAs, Content Licensing Agreements also assist on all legalities for
• developing an audio social app, including registering for TM to software contracts, licensing and compliance policies.
• Prepare and follow up release forms, acquire Book Rights as well as exclusive Concept Rights. Draft MoU for any tie-ups with brands or other internet platforms.
• Run through the content to cross check whether it is as per the S & P and keep adding
• to that list as per the new updates on OTT regulations and Intermediary guidelines.
• Drafting of all Legal policies for the Website including Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy including not only the IT act, 2000 but also GDPR, along with User Agreements, Community guidelines and the like

Qualifications-

• Excellent knowledge of law with experience in a senior legal management role
• Experience in legal document preparation and legal consulting for film and television content production and financing
• Proven experience in legal compliance and ensuring the organization complies with regulatory requirements
• Ability to advise on all legal affairs of the organization and provide guidance on key strategic initiatives
• A high level of confidentiality and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law
• Experience in the entertainment industry with knowledge of intellectual property laws is beneficial
