We are looking for a Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support to our co-working space operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate, contracts, and general corporate law. This role involves a broad range of responsibilities, including drafting and negotiating contracts, managing legal risk, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including lease agreements, service contracts, vendor agreements, and partnership agreements.

Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the organization, including operations, sales, marketing, and finance.

Manage legal risk by identifying potential issues and implementing strategies to mitigate them.

Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations relevant to the co-working space industry and ensure compliance.

Handle legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation, as necessary.

Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices.

Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.

Requirements:

Degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

3 years of experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on commercial real estate, contracts, or corporate law.

Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Experience in the real estate industry or with co-working spaces is a plus.
