Role Purpose: This role works with the Learning Manager of Learning Tools and Practices team. It requires the employee to build reports and dashboards using Power Bi, automate manual data collection and processing using MS SharePoint Lists and Power Automate. Present monthly/quarterly reports to collaborators and support functional teams with any ad-hoc reporting requirements.Key responsibilities and accountabilities (including but not limited to):Develop comprehensive reports using Excel and Power Bi to present informative data analysis to collaborators.Automate existing process and data related tasks using Microsoft SharePoint List and Power Automate.Collaborate with teams to capture data requirements and ensure data accuracy and completeness while using strong data analysis skills to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.Prepare and deliver monthly/quarterly reports to business partners, ensuring clear and effective data storytelling.Is able to maintain and optimize existing reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy and simultaneously tackle any data related issues promptly !Stay updated on the industry trends and standard methodologies in data analysis and reporting.Requirements:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Bi for report development.Experience in Microsoft SharePoint Lists to manage, update and display data effectively.Experience in Microsoft Power Automate to automate existing data processing and to create new automated workflows.Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and communicate complex data findings with good attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.Effective interpersonal skills for presenting reports to collaborators and business peers.Demonstrable ability to work multi-functionally in a team environment while using problem solving skills to address data related challenges as well as familiarity with data visualization principles and techniques.Strong Data Storytelling and presentation skills.Preferred Qualifications and experienceBachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on data analysis and reporting.Certifications in Microsoft Excel, Power Bi, Power Platforms is a plus.Shift Hours:Flexible shift, Hybrid working.
