Job Description

Role Purpose: This role reports to the Learning Manager of Coaching Skills Development. It requires the employee to develop the coaching skills of managers on all levels through classroom workshops, 1:1 Coaching and skills upskilling, micro-content creation, Monthly learning events, among others. Guide the business teams toward excellent customer experience. Own and lead program execution and provide support to mid-levels and senior learning consultants.




Key responsibilities and accountabilities (including but not limited to):
• Facilitate learning workshops, trainings, and interventions spread across multiple days whenever required (including full day schedules)
• Conduct professional 1:1 and group Coaching and Consultation support to assigned managers and teams and guide their personal growth
• Design blended learning solutions - Virtual, Face-to-Face, Social collaborative learning, coaching, action learning sets, and so on.
• Plan, organize, market, execute, coordinate with vendors and business partners, and facilitate/host regular on-site and virtual events
• Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, analysis, and data storytelling around program health
• Lead and own Coaching and Customer Experience programs
• Craft and post regular micro-learning content and drive content engagement for all members of the social community of practice
• Together with other Learning/Sr. Learning Consultants, conduct LNAs to identify gaps and the current and future skills requirements of an organisation, create flexible learning interventions (through digital and other means) to meet the diverse needs of the workforce.
• Own and lead program based execution and delivery from end-to-end: designing, developing, delivering learning solutions, maintenance of content, marketing, scheduling, reporting, and analysis
• Work with minimal mentorship and typically resolve problems using existing solutions and identify new solutions to learning and development.
• Contributes to process improvements and constantly seeks innovative process improvements
• Acts as a mentor to new team members; supports and supplements onsite activities delivered by colleagues as the need arise
• Regularly reports and identifies gaps in LSEG Learning Evaluation Reporting Standards within the Function & recommend remedial action.
• Design, Develop, and Maintain dashboards on Excel along with proper knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint & Workday
• Takes part in other on-site and virtual events of the larger Learning Team and organization

Skills required:
• NLP Coaching skills; Good with Excel, SharePoint, PowerBI, and PowerPoint; Experienced in daily F2F and Virtual facilitation for long periods of time; Learning Module and Content creation; Experience with transformation of content to eLearning, Articulate 360, RISE & Workday reports
• Working knowledge of app creation, coding, and/or generative AI a plus.

Shift Hours:
• Flexibility to work on shifts (including night shifts)

Qualifications and experience:
• College/ university degree or relevant work experience equivalent required
• Previous experience in a Learning and/or Coaching role is mandatory
