The Operations Academy Team operates within the Operations Performance Enablement Group. Our mission is to support LSEG Operations employees through their Career lifecycle, onboarding new employees, build technical skills, embedding ways of working, and developing operations leaders. Through targeted, relevant, impactful, and timely learning solutions, we foster growth and excellence in Operations.The Senior Learning Consultant will report to the Learning Manager of Coaching Skills Development and will be responsible for working with Operations managers to define and outline the learning and coaching requirements for their teams. This role will develop the customer experience and coaching skills of managers on all levels by leading the design and delivery of global learning programs that support these capabilities, help coordinate the execution and implementation of learning initiatives, and provide administrative support in measuring and reporting the effectiveness of these programs and initiatives.Responsibilities

  • Own the design and delivery of learning solutions based on business requirements, taking into consideration the most appropriate learning medium for the audience.
  • Build and maintain partnerships and relationships with Operations customers. Work with business leaders in identifying learning requirements and ensure that learning and coaching activities support business objectives.
  • Liaise with Learning Managers, Program Managers, Learning Specialists, Learning Consultants, and customers in regular reviews of the learning programs, conduct LNAs to identify gaps, and the current and future skills requirements of an organization, create flexible learning interventions (through digital and other means) to meet the diverse needs of the workforce.
  • Own and lead program-based execution and delivery from end-to-end: designing, developing, delivering learning solutions, maintenance of content, marketing, scheduling, reporting, and analysis
  • Ensure all training delivered is logged into the Learning Management System and is up-to-date with relevant content.
  • Take initiative, work with minimal mentorship, and typically resolve problems using existing solutions and identify new solutions to learning and development.
  • Other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • College/ university degree or relevant work experience equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years previous experience in a Learning and/or Coaching role is required.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder consulting, learning needs analysis, learning design and build, training facilitation, and measuring and reporting on training effectiveness and impact.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to engage with multiple learning participants and groups on an ongoing basis.
  • Extensive knowledge of Office 365 applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Learning Management Systems (Workday), and Learning Authoring Tools (Articulate 360, Rise, etc.)
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, takes ownership of the quality and timeliness of their work and the teams deliverables, and can produce and deliver results in an environment where stretch objectives are continually set to meet growing customer expectations.
  • A positive, can-do attitude that demonstrates dedication, drive, energy and passion.
  • Initiates dialogue, encourages discussion and shares knowledge willingly and proactively
Additional awareness / knowledge preferred:
  • NLP Coaching skills
  • Working knowledge of app creation, coding, and/or generative AI a plus

  • Flexibility to work on shifts (including night shifts)
