Role Purpose: This role reports to the Learning Manager of Coaching Skills Development. It requires the employee to develop the coaching skills of managers on all levels through classroom workshops, 1:1 Coaching and skills upskilling, micro-content creation, Monthly learning events, among others. Guide the business teams toward excellent customer experience.
