Process, lead, manage, and maintain payroll information as required, including data entry for all time and attendance, personnel transactions, such as new hire, termination, leave of absence, benefits, deductions, garnishments, etc.
Subject matter expert in US payroll processing preferably and global payroll experience
Manage a team of approx. 10 - 15 members and ensure that all key metrics of performance as per the Client SLA are met and exceeded.
Be actively involved in client calls and ensure updates are communicated to the team
Oversee complete payroll processing for multiple countries and multiple clients.
Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, human resources, GL, and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data.
Develop process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within the payroll function.
Provide the team with subject matter expertise and guidance on international processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Handle escalated vendor inquiries, disputes, and payment-related issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Organized and maintained related payroll records and reports; periodically review all files to keep correct filing order for easier research of records.
Resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
Work on scheduled weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, and monthly reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: B.com or Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
6-8 years of experience in international payroll processing.
In dept knowledge on international payroll.
Ability to lead and guide a team
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
Flexible to work in the US shift.
Experience on multiple payroll platforms like ADP WFN / Workday / Ceridian / Dayforce / UKG
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
