Also acts as technical point of contact for the SAP products like IBM content manager on demand, IBM content collector. Should have deep knowledge on database, Sap application, different platform like windows and Linux operating system. Facilitates and drives the use of agile practices for squad operations including optimizing workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and removing obstacles impacting squad performance. Acts as technical resource and point of escalation for team members. Engages in identifying and resolving complex problems relating to the service(s) provided by the squad(s). • 5 Years experience in IBM ICC and CMOD application specialist for SAP.
• Expertise in IBM ECM Product Specialist for SAP.
• Expertise in IBM Content Collector for SAP
• Expertise in Installation, configuration, Management of Sap application.
• Expertise in Database management.
• Expertise in patch management of SAP application, windows and Linux Server.
• Proven experience in system management, network administration, and technical support.
• A solid understanding of operating systems (such as Windows, Linux, or Unix), networks, and software systems.
• Familiarity with cyber security, incident response, security operations, vulnerability management, IT security architecture, risk management, cyber threat hunting, and cyber security standards.
• Expertise in data warehousing, database administration and design, data quality, data modelling, data architecture, and various programming languages.
• Proficient knowledge of network routing and switching, network troubleshooting, engineering and infrastructure, load balancing, and virtual private networks

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• IBM content Manager on Demand
• Systematic and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, DB2, MySQL, etc.)
• Certifications in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or project management

Qualifications:

• MCA (Computer Science)
• SAP Analyst
