Requires about 7-10 years of experience on DO178B/C Software development with Linux platform and strong knowledge in driver and application layer development and support to V&V activities.Position: Senior Lead Software Engineer - (Software Development) P3 grade.Primary Responsibilities:

• Will write requirements, design and implement software, perform verification, and complete artifacts for certification.
• Provide analysis for the decomposition of customer specifications and software level requirements into sub-system and piece part requirements, and makes recommendations for the generation of verification criteria and plans for the requirements.
• May Lead a cross-functional team daily and coordinating regularly with engineering and project management to ensure success of the product and program
• May manage aspects of quality, cost, schedule, and scope while navigating the various team dynamics present
• Manage work-processes, optimization methods, and risk management tools for large or complex projects.
• May be involved in researching, evaluating and recommending investments or changes in technology, resources, procedures, equipment, systems, or other assets to improve the quality of the organization\'s systems products and services.

Qualifications/Experience needed:

• BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in CSE, ECE or Avionics with 7-10 years of experience.
• Experience in full life cycle software engineering processes
• Strong Software development with Linux platform and strong knowledge in driver and application layer development and verification experience in real time embedded systems
• Demonstrated ability to identify complex problems, evaluate options, and develop solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively lead project teams.
• Have some project management skills.
• Willingness to travel (domestic and international
