:We are looking for someone who is passionate about cloud engineering and is looking to join us on our journey in building tools and platforms which can improve developer productivity and help accelerate cloud adoption and application modernizationAs a Senior Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate & Investment Banking\'s Engineering & Architecture team, your role will be pivotal in an agile team dedicated to improving, creating, and delivering technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. Your focus within the Cloud Engineering organization will be to expedite cloud adoption, enhance the developer experience, and speed up the modernization of applications. This will be achieved by creating and improving tools and platforms to boost efficiency, decrease operational overhead, and enhance developer productivity. We are seeking an team member who can spot opportunities for enhancement, design and develop solutions, and collaborate with our stakeholders, partners, and customers to facilitate implementation and adoption.You will be hands on developing tools and platforms aimed at improving the developer experience for thousands of developers within our organization. You\'ll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists spread across the globe, who are focused on building solutions to provide paved paths for our application developers on their cloud migration journeyJob Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of the cloud infrastructure offerings and platform tools, ensuring that they are secure, scalable, and reliable
• Collaborate with development teams to enable the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable applications on the cloud
• Identify areas of improvement and prioritize initiatives that align with business goals and objectives
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the cloud engineering team
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cloud technologies and bring in recommendations for adoption and implementation of new tools/technologies
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements for the cloud

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
• Proficiency with programming languages like Golang, Python and understand software development best practices
• Hands-on experience with one or more cloud computing platform providers AWS/Azure/GCP
• Advanced knowledge of Containerization and Container Runtime/Orchestration platforms (Docker/Kubernetes/ECS etc)
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Infrastructure Provisioning Tools like Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane & Cloud Formation etc
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD/SCM tools like Jenkins, Spinnaker, Bitbucket / Github etc
• Hands-on experience with logging and monitoring tools Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus etc
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure design and architecture and cloud migration strategies
• Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices, shift left methodologies and DevSecOps processes
• Experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience implementing multi-cloud architectures
• Certifications in target areas (Cloud/Kubernetes/IaC etc)
