We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales over the phone or via digital communication channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our products/services, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly.
• Sales Process Management:
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing, ensuring all stages are effectively handled.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to move them through the sales process.
• Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
• Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Training and Development:
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product understanding.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
