- Drive Governance between Vendor Ops & Procurement to achieve common goals
- Serve as the HR Vendor Operations representative for major RFPs, including those for RPO, benefits insurance, and other key areas.- Implement a Strategic Vendor Framework in partnership with HR and procurement to strengthen strategic relationships and improve outcomes and consolidation with key HR vendors.
- Support leaders in achieving vendor consolidation goals.
- Act as a consultant to the HR functional leader in determining opportunities to improve Kyndryl cost effectiveness.At Kyndryl, your contributions matter.
