As a Content Curator will be responsible for managing and curating high-quality content on the Kyndryl Win Coach platform, ensuring that our global teams have access to relevant, up-to-date, and impactful resources. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather, organize, and distribute content that supports our GTM initiatives. Additionally, the Content Curator will lead the development of dedicated pages on Kyndryl Win Coach (powered by Highspot) for curated content, enhancing the user experience and content accessibility.Key Responsibilities:

• Content Management: Oversee the end-to-end content curation process on the Kyndryl Win Coach platform, including content sourcing, organization, publishing, tagging, and archiving of relevant and high-quality content for target users.
• Content Accuracy: Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with content governance, aligns to business priorities and meets the needs of target audience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify content needs, gather inputs, and ensure seamless content delivery.
• Content Curation: Lead implementation and execution of the content curation strategy, ensuring alignment with overall GTM goals and objectives.
• Page Development: Lead the creation and maintenance of dedicated pages on Kyndryl Win Coach for curated content, optimizing layout and design for user engagement and ease of access.
• Content Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance and user engagement to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Content Governance: Adhere to and enforce content governance policies and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance.
• Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to content curation and user experience

Who You Are

• 5 years of proven experience in content curation, content management, or related role, preferably within a sales or marketing environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with content management systems and platforms, preferably Highspot
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
