You will be a leader in the legal department and empowered to drive initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of legal department members.Responsibilities:Manages General Legal matters, complex contracts, key accounts, employment law, oversight of secretarial matters.Managing legal matters pertaining to the organization.Provide day-to-day advice to HR and management on global policies and initiatives and all areas of labor and employment law.Demonstrated ability to impact and influence senior level leaders and stakeholders.Strong knowledge of business processes, legal technology solutions and best practices, including best practices in the field of legal operations globally.Ability to think strategically for both the short and long term.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with superior attention to detail.Strong relationship management skills.Ability to coach employees and facilitate employee development.Your Future at KyndrylEvery position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career.
