Mission:

Under the functional responsibility of the System PTL, the Software engineer leads the specification and design activities of the development of Software product (Application, EV/PV/DV/EOL, bootloader) which is a sub-part of the full system product (software, hardware, mechanical).

The software engineer is responsible for the deliverables associated with the application of the ASPICE processes SWE.1, SWE.2 and SWE.3 to his Software Product, and according to Valeo standards.

The software engineer is responsible to Analyze, Develop, Test the requirements and also able to deliver the work product independently to the customer

Responsibilities:

\xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrate knowledge and experience in AUTOSAR, with ability to create/ design/ analyse/ provide technical solutions in AUTOSAR BSW, with experience and knowledge in CAN and OBD/UDS.

\xe2\x97\x8f Able to understand and demonstrate knowledge and experience from Automotive Software development, preferably in the domain of powertrain and electrification.

\xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrate expertise in development/validation tools such as CANoe, CANAPE, CAPL and demonstrate expertise in debugging methodologies.

\xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrate expertise in build and integration process and related tools chain,also with preferably good knowledge in CI based on tools such as Jenkins.

\xe2\x97\x8f Able to demonstrate experience and support software process and quality activities, preferably in the processes of ASPICE.

\xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrate Software quality mindset and support the software project to create and maintain software work products with good quality.

\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge and experience in Functional safety with ISO26262 preferrable.

\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with the System PTL for the identification and the clarification of the Customer requirements related to his Software Product.

\xe2\x97\x8f Participate in and accept the elicitation of the system requirements to his Software Product.

\xe2\x97\x8f Lead the definition of the Software Requirements (functional and non-functional).

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure the traceability of the Software Requirements and Software Interfaces Requirements with the System Requirements allocated to the Software, with preferable experience in DOORS, AUTORTM/ REQTIFY.

\xe2\x97\x8f Lead the definition of the verification criteria of the Software Requirements and of the Software Interface Requirements.

\xe2\x97\x8f Lead the definition of the breakdown of the Software in more detailed Software Components/Units and their associated interfaces, with respect to the Software Requirements and Software Interface Requirements.

\xe2\x97\x8f Lead the definition of the dynamic behavior of the Software Units.
