Business Analyst - Healthcare

We are looking for Business Analyst - Healthcare. Ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience as Business Analyst.

Required Experience: • Should have good hands-on experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Should have thorough knowledge and hands-on experience on the complete responsibilities on a Business Analyst working on product development.
• Should have excellent knowledge of the responsibilities of the Business Analyst working with the development team.
• Familiarity with TruCare application will be a great plus Should have excellent hands-on experience on MS Office Tools.
• Should be able to work with RTMs. Should have excellent Communication and presentation skills.
• Should have excellent US HealthCare - Payer domain knowledge.
• Should have experience working directly with product owners, SMEs and the various stakeholders eliciting requirements, documenting the same in various forms like Functional Specification documents, User Stories or Use Cases and be able to come up with Visio Workflows or data Flow diagrams.
• Should be able to review the test cases, the implemented functionality and be able to present the same to the product owner for approvals.



Optional Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and involved in client interactions for scoping, effort estimates and status reporting.
• Experience in JIRA, Confluence will be an added advantage
