Role title: Senior Analyst, C4C Data Management and Governance Colt Level: PT2, Advanced Function: Sales and Customer Success Reports to: Sales and Customer Success - Manager Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon, India Role purpose To support the sales functions by ensuring the operational processes run smoothly, we have accurate and consistent data and can therefore provide accurate information which enable the teams to manage and drive performance Key accountabilities Working on request for changes in C4C - Account Allocation, Opportunity Allocation etc by following standard procedures and process. Provides a proactive and reactive service to internal service users requests within committed SLAs where applicable and agreed with the internal customer Understanding queries from sales and assigning them to right contacts while working on a mailbox dedicated to sales user. Adhering to all process documents related to C4C data management and governance Supporting on housekeeping projects to ensure our C4C data is accurate Assists Leads Analysts, Team leader and Manager to resolve data related issues, reporting and process initiatives etc Ad-hoc request and pro-activeness of intents Other accountabilities (optional) Ad hoc requirements as defined by the fast-paced environment Key performance indicators (financial and non-financial) SLA for operational tasks Productivity improvements Relationships and key contacts Sales Team (including AEs, AMs, Directors and VPs) OCN Validation and Segmentation Team Commissions team Marketing Analytics Team Finance Business Partners Role specific requirements Skills & Experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced in Microsoft Excel Data & Process Analysis Experience of working on SAP C4C (preferred) Need to develop skills on how Colt Processes are related to each other Need to develop skills on how customer data is structured in the systems for Sales organisation Qualifications Degree level Sales and Marketing knowledge is considered an advantage Behaviours Example Behaviours : Others Be aware of colt information security, business continuity, quality and other ISO or equivalent policies/ industry standards and discharge duties against them as appropriate.
