Adreso is currently hiring a Senior Lawyer for a real estate company based in Panaji. If you have extensive experience and a passion for real estate law, this role is for you.
•What we are looking for:•
- LLB Graduate with 5+ years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Well-versed in all Goan Property Law & regulations related to real estate.
- Experience in executing and registering documents.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good drafting and conveyancing skills.
- Proficiency in legal research.
- Hardworking and diligent individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
