Role Summary
In the capacity of Senior Lawyer, you will work towards the firm's legal strategies, utilizing your comprehensive legal acumen to manage complex cases and drive forward our mission. Your role will be instrumental in both safeguarding and enhancing the firm's stature by delivering superior legal counsel, navigating the complexities of both litigation and corporate law with exceptional expertise and strategic foresight.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.
2. Offer expert advice across a wide range of legal issues.
3. Develop case strategies and oversee evidence preparation.
4. Keep updated with legal changes affecting the real estate law and industry.
5. Resolve real estate disputes through mediation, arbitration, or litigation.
Qualifications-
1. LL.B degree, LL.M preferred.
2. 5-10 years' experience in law
3. Strong understanding of real estate laws, practices, and industry trends.
4. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
