We are looking for a Senior JavaScript Full Stack Developer to join our remote team. This role requires a highly motivated individual with 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing, designing, and maintaining JavaScript and React applications. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to develop complex applications with multiple stakeholders, utilizing your expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and web components. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in debugging and troubleshooting issues. You will thrive in a dynamic environment with fast-paced deliveries and changing requirements while adhering to tight timelines.

responsibilities

  Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop, design, and maintain complex applications with multiple stakeholders

  Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution of problems
• 
  Deliver high-quality code that is scalable and maintainable
• 
  Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality
• 
  Continuously improve the development process through automation and optimization
• 
  Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development to ensure the team is utilizing the most effective tools and methodologies

  Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user manuals

requirements

• 
  3+ years of hands-on experience in developing, designing, and maintaining JavaScript and React applications
• 
  Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and web components
• 
  Experience with Node.js and React.js
• 
  Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• 
  Proactive and detail-oriented, capable of working in a dynamic environment with fast-paced deliveries and changing requirements
• 
  Highly motivated, able to work independently and apply own initiative
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 
  Fluency in spoken and written English, allowing effective communication with cross-functional teams (B2+ level)
