Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java, Spring framework, and Microservices architecture. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development

Design and develop robust and scalable applications using Java and Spring framework.
Implement Microservices architecture to enhance application modularity and maintainability.

• Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, QA, and DevOps to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Testing and Quality Assurance

Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
Collaborate with QA teams to troubleshoot issues and support the testing process.

• Documentation

Create and maintain technical documentation related to software design, architecture, and implementation.

• Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance development practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4 to 7 years of professional experience in software development using Java.
• Strong proficiency in Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
• Experience in developing Microservices using RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker is a plus.

Required Skills:

• Technical Skills :

Proficient in Core Java, J2EE, and design patterns.
Experience with database technologies such as SQL or NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle.

• Analytical Skills :

Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

• Communication Skills :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?538,042.39 - ?1,591,244.83 per year
