We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Engineer/Tech Lead with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role involves leading and contributing to the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering robust web applications, along with the ability to mentor and lead technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable Java applications.
• Lead a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions adhering to best practices in architecture, design, and coding.
• Collaborate closely with product management, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain RESTful web services using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Utilize cloud technologies, preferably AWS, for building scalable applications.
• Champion best practices in software development, including agile methodologies, code reviews, and continuous integration.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to propose new initiatives and improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java/J2EE technologies.
• Proficiency in building Microservices architecture and understanding of modern distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and other Java frameworks.
• Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating with front-end technologies.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in full-stack development, including JavaScript frameworks/libraries (Angular, React), HTML, and CSS.
• Strong knowledge of database systems and SQL.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a global team setting.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Familiarity with NodeJs, Python, or other programming languages.
• Experience with modern UI design principles and tools.
• Certification in AWS or other cloud platforms.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?120,000.00 - ?160,000.00 per month
