Currently CTG R&D is looking for senior developers to work on cloud native software for the Telecommunication Industry. The candidate will be part of international team spread across the world. We are looking for a Sr Java Developer to join us! In this role, you will be responsible for all stages of product engineering that includes design, development, documentation, testing, integration, deployment and maintenance. In a typical day as a Java Developer, you would: Responsible for developing reliable, cost effective and high quality software. Makes design choices and finalizes the design for new feature development. Owns design, coding, unit/functional testing, integration and documentation activities required based on specific objectives and established project guidelines. Contributes to test automation. Collaborates and communicates with internal/external stakeholders to provide an insight into progress on various activities. Represents the software systems engineering team for all phases of larger and more-complex development projects. Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.. What you need to bring: If you are/have.. Strong experience with design and development of SW applications using Java, J2EE and AngularJS Good exposure to software product engineering Good knowledge of Web Services and databases Experience with Virtualization technologies Hands-on experience with CICD, DevOps and Agile development methodology Experience with telecom BSS/OSS software will be an added advantage Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Experience with software applications testing and automation Excellent written and verbal communication skills mastery in English and local language.
