Job Summary We are seeking a talented Senior Java Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance and scalable applications. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with software architects and engineers to design and implement high-quality, efficient, and maintainable Java-based applications. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code. Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment. Optimize application performance and ensure scalability. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and apply them to enhance our software products. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven 3-5 years of experience in Core Java development. Strong knowledge of Java SE, including multi-threading, collections, and design patterns. Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. Proficiency in database technologies (MySQL, NoSQL). Familiarity with web application development and related technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Maven). Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
