Job brief We are looking for a Senior Java developer for the Technology Division of the company. The role entails the responsibility to lead the developer\xe2\x80\x99s team of technology verticals. Experience: 6-10years. Reports to: Technical Head Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (Spring MVC, Hibernate, etc.). \xef\x82\xb7 Experience with designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. \xef\x82\xb7 Server Side: Proficient in Java, Core Java, Multithreading, MySQL, Spring MVC and Hibernate. Additional knowledge on tomcat servers and deployment processes is a plus. Familiar with JDBC connectors and other database pooling plugins. \xef\x82\xb7 Front End Side: Basic knowledge on HTML, CSS, and JQuery is must. Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a

related field.

• 6-10 years of professional experience in Java application development.

• Solid understanding of software architecture principles, including microservices,

RESTful APIs, and cloud-native applications.

• Experience with MySQL or other relevant databases, e.g. Oracle].

• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and meeting quality

standards.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-

functional teams.

• Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
