Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications using Spring Boot and Python

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements

- Optimize NoSQL/NewSQL database solutions

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in software development or related field

- 7-8 years of Java development experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Team-Leadership

- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Python, and Microservices

- Experience with NoSQL/NewSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and Git

- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

- Front-end technology knowledge (JavaScript, React, Angular)

- Containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Data analytics or machine learning background

- Team leadership and people management experience (3+ years)
