The Applications Development Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities. Responsibilities: Hands on Coding experience and expretise on Core Java, Spring & Hibernate Understanding of J2EE technologies. Should be good at data models and have an understanding of relational database systems. Experience with query development tools like PL/SQL Developer or the like Must be able to understand requirements & convert to technical design and code Experience on working in Agile methodologies and CI and CD tools Has very good troubleshooting and debugging skills, easily understand the logs and configurations and provide solution of the issues on all infra and configuration related activities. Need to be involved in capacity planning and infra procurement with tech leads and infrastructure management teams. Create technical documentation for reference and reporting Open to feedback and constructive thought process. Proactive in recommending and executing improvements Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, team skills, agility and positive attitude towards work. Qualifications: Over 6 - 8 years of experience in Java, Spring, Hibernate, CI and CD tools, Configuration and Release Management, deployments and troubleshooting environments. Experience with Linux and Java/J2EE and Big Data systems. Hands on in Data structure and Algorithm Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills.
