Very good knowledge of standard Java data structures and related packages Experience in design/architecture of small technical pieces of work Working experience with Agile methodologies, TDD, pair programming First-class English-language communication skills It would be great if you had some of these too: Some finance knowledge/experience, especially electronic trading, FIX protocol
