You will ensure that we deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions that meet the business needs and align with the IT strategy. You will also collaborate with other IT Technologist, stakeholders, and vendors to plan, execute, and support Collaboration and Productivity projects and initiatives.A Day in the LifeResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.\xc2\xb7 Design, implement, and maintain the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Exchange Online/On-Premise, Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise and other applications.\xc2\xb7 Administer and maintain Exchange Hybrid system, including all related email services and integrations such as Proofpoint\xc2\xb7 Administer and maintain Exchange Online Environment, including areas of DLP, MIP, Compliance Center\xc2\xb7 Assist team members in resolving system outages, security issues, and other required technical support.\xc2\xb7 Perform server new installations, and upgrades.\xc2\xb7 Defining and evolving strategy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Exchange and other M365 services following the group's standards\xc2\xb7 Develop and document an Operations Manual for Exchange services, adhering to defined policies\xc2\xb7 Review, test, and make recommendations for standard email practices\xc2\xb7 Incident and Problem Management: will provide expertise for complex incidents and problems, escalation point for L1 and L2, interface with Microsoft Support and various partners, and perform troubleshooting to identify root cause of issues\xc2\xb7 Administer and maintain our Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise configurations\xc2\xb7 Participate in projects to evolve or implement the new features of the Office 365 platform (Exchange and Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise)Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree with 8+ years of IT experience or 7+ years with Master degree
• 5+ years experience (3+ years experience with an advanced degree)
• 1+ years Master data experience/knowledge
• 1+ years technical or business analyst experience
• 4+ years experience in managing Microsoft Exchange environments (online and on-premise)
• 2+ years experience in managing Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise

Nice to Have

• Strong knowledge and skills in Microsoft 365 administration, configuration, and integration, including PowerShell scripting.
• Advanced proficiency in administering hybrid O365 and Microsoft Exchange environments
• Experience working with Active Directory and Group Policy
• Experience and skills in security best practices, including but not limited to: server patches, update management, and alert response
• Experience in managing a Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise deployment globally
