We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds and encourage you to contact our recruitment team to discuss any accommodations you need during the application process.You will join our Cyber and Information Security departmentAs one of our new Senior Cyber and Information Security Analyst, you will be part of a team of skilled security professionals and consultants tasked with managing and developing Ramboll's global cyber and information security program.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, procedures, and guidelines to continue anchoring the Information Security Management System. CE+ knowledge,
• Continue the development and maturity of guidance and tools that enable business functions to comply with the Information Security Management System
• Conduct routine review of policies, procedures, and associated guidelines to ensure current, approved and communicated governance
• Support and administer policy approval and publishing workflow within the Information Security Management System
• Support and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders on preparing information security documentation
• Monitor IT security requests and provide prompt responses related to ISMS operations
• Monitor and measure compliance with the Information Security Management System and external threat picture to develop Information Security Management System and controls
• Assist with the preparation of weekly / fortnightly / monthly reports.

• A 4-year undergraduate degree in related field of study (e.g., Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science)
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience with managing information security management systems or quality management systems.
• Experience in writing and implementing global security governance and provide compliance support and guidance to business units in scope
• Ability to develop, document, and maintain security policies, processes, procedures, and standards
• Experience working Information Security Management systems based on ISO27001/27002 is preferred
• Experience with other security best practices like CIS or NIST or SOC-2 is added advantage
• CISM or CISSP Certification is an advantage.

• Good written and verbal communication skills - excellent English is a must
