We are seeking a results-driven IT Sales Executive with over three years of experience in IT sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology products and services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role involves identifying customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy and Execution
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Identify and approach potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation methods.
• Understand and present the full range of IT products, solutions, and services to clients effectively.
• Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt responses and effective solutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their evolving needs and promote new products or solutions.
• Needs Analysis and Solution Development
• Identify client requirements through detailed needs analysis and deliver customized solutions.
• Coordinate with technical and product teams to ensure product offerings meet customer needs.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and sales contracts.
• Sales and Performance Tracking
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and prospecting efforts.
• Generate regular sales reports to track performance metrics and provide insights to management.
• Market Research and Product Knowledge
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
• Gather and relay market and customer information to the product development and marketing teams.
• Provide feedback to improve product offerings and address customer concerns.
• Team Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to enhance sales efforts.
• Participate in team meetings, provide insights from client interactions, and collaborate on sales strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably in software, cloud solutions, or hardware sales.
• Strong knowledge of IT solutions and the ability to learn new technology products quickly.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client accounts.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with cloud solutions, cybersecurity, data centers, or similar IT services.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies like SPIN, Solution Selling, or Challenger.
• Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and client purchasing trends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
