Should possess excellent communication skills & negotiation skills.- As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and consistently achieving sales targets.Responsibilities :- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT products and solutions.- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue objectives.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.- Understand Customer\'s IT infrastructure Landscape, their requirements & pain areas.- Handle Customer Presentations with accurate content highlighting key Business Benefits in going with New Era.- Collaborate with the technical team to provide appropriate solutions based on customer needs.- Respond to customer queries promptly; provide accurate product information & timely Techno-Commercial Quotations.- Negotiate pricing and all Business Terms, with an aim to maximize profitability without any sacrifice on "customer satisfaction"- Submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to reporting manager and to Senior Management in defined frequency.- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT Industry Trends, technologies.- Collaborate with channel partners, distributors to acquire new customers.Educational Qualifications & Skills :- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT Sales.- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure Solutions - HCI, Virtualization, Servers, storage appliances, networking equipment. And, \'Cloud Services\'.- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers & OEM reps.- Result-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development; possessing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
